About us

UK Home Designs was set up to give homeowners an easy, simple journey from idea to approved drawings. Planning and Building Regulations can feel complicated and expensive. We believe they shouldn't be.

Our team brings over 20 years of experience in residential design and building. We have taken that experience and turned it into clear, fixed-price services that pass real value on to homeowners: you choose exactly what your project needs, and pay only for that.

We started by helping homeowners locally. Now we have opened up our services to the whole of the UK, so wherever you live you can get the drawings, calculations and notices your extension or loft conversion needs.
